All in all, it’s a fairly comprehensive list of extras. The recipes
in particular look very good. If you can commit to eating this way on
the program there’s certainly a lot of new meals to try.

Is the Fat Loss Factor Maintainable?
This is the big question I would have about the program. While following it properly will be likely to bring good results, you’d need a strong resolve, especially during the first two weeks.Longer-term weight loss programs based around healthy protein sources and lots of vegetables, while ditching fattening grains, seems an easier proposition as there’s less much chance of cravings.
I have to wonder whether the strictness of the first two weeks might lead to a lot of people failing before they even get started.
A Better Weight Loss Program?
While it doesn’t seem to be nearly as well known as the Fat Loss Factor, I think the Gabriel Method would be a good weight loss program to look into, particularly if you’ve had problems sticking to restrictive diets in the past.John Gabriel’s method is different to any other weight loss program I’ve seen. It focuses initially on the underlying genetic survival programs that he believes are at the heart of why people become overweight in the first place and then find it so hard to lose body fat.
In summary, if you’re after more rapid weight loss, are prepared to change your eating patterns significantly, and are fairly sure you can stay on track on the first two weeks of detox, then the Fat Loss Factor certainly has plenty of positive reviews and should work for you too.
