The Fat Loss Factor program is a system
designed as an effective means of helping people to lose weight and
while it was created a couple of years ago, it has only recently gained
in popularity as the diet program of choice of many individuals. Dr
Charles Livingston created a program that combines mind preparation,
nutrition and fitness tips and other methods for faster weight loss and a
healthier lifestyle.
About The Program
The full program lasts 12 weeks and you
begin by undergoing a detox phase lasting 2 weeks. Your body is purified
of harmful pollutants and toxins and sets your body up to be more
responsive to weight loss via a balanced diet and exercise. Your this
stage you are restricted to eating only certain types of natural and
organic foods and at the end of it, your body should feel refreshed,
energized and able to better control your food consumption.
Now you have
completed the detox phase, you can then begin the main fat loss part of
the program. Dr Charles as put together a set of principles in this
weight loss plan, also referred to as a set of “Fat Loss Factors”. These
include:
- Doing high intensive cardio workouts at regular intervals to burn fat and reduce the level of calories in the body.
- Strength training for your body so that you not only lose fat but also gain a nicely toned body too.
- Consuming plenty of vegetables, seeds, nuts, fruits, beans and other naturally organic foods.
- Getting rid of as much stress as you can from your daily lifestyle.
- Drinking lots of water every day to wash away excess toxins, pollutants and fat.
The Exercise Plan
The Fat Loss Factor Exercise plan has
been customized to enable everyone to be able to participate by
determining and choosing your level. The 3 options are Advanced,
Intermediate and Beginner. Once you have determined your level you will
start the program and can move up or down levels if you wish, as you go
along.
The Recipe Guide
Dr Charles has also included a recipe
guide and Fat Loss cookbook containing the best fat burning ingredients
that can be used to create enjoyable meals that help you lose weight.
You will find out what food items harm your body and should be removed
from your diet immediately.
Overall, I like the fact that the Fat
Loss Factor plan is quite in depth and informative, yet well organized
with easy to follow instructions.
The Negatives
My main criticism is that there is an
added bonus of exercise videos but these can only be purchased
separately as part of a special upgrade to the main program. Another
criticism is that you cannot simply buy a copy of the Fat Loss Factor
plan at a retail store. This is because Dr Livingston has made the
program available as a digital product and you will need to get your
copy directly from the official website.
The upside to this is that you are given
instant access to download the full product to your computer and can,
if you wish, even use it from eReader’s like iPad’s and Kindles.
Overall Experience
My experience with using the program was
a positive one and I found myself able to shed four or five pounds per
week and continue to lose additional pounds each week i work with the
program. The Fat Loss Factor has made a big change in my lifestyle and
most importantly in the way i look and would recommend the program to
anyone looking for a cost effective program that simply works.
